The overall aim is to provide excellent “front line” customer service and assist the business with their use of IT systems & services from a hybrid working environment.As an integral member of the team, you will:
- Diagnose and resolve ICT incidents & requests in accordance with agreed service levels within eHealth’s standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate risks within the supported ICT environments on behalf of customers.
- Maintain internal and customer facing technical and process knowledge articles within the agreed ITSM platform to maintain accuracy and relevancy within the portfolio of desktop services.
- Continually demonstrate support to driving efforts towards continuous service improvement across the Desktop portfolio utilising service management processes.
- Participate in learning opportunities, briefing sessions and workshops; maintain specialist/technical knowledge.

- Experience in the delivery of ITSM Services in a large and complex environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience.
