A privately owned Australian property developer with a solid track record acquiring and delivering and retaining a number of mixed use projects throughout Victoria.
With a nimble inhouse team spanning acquisitions development, design, project management and accounting, they have had success over the years and with continued growth they are looking to bolster their established team.
The role:
Reporting to an SDM and with close access to the Directors you will be part of a tight nit development team, supporting acquisitions and with a focus on the front end, assisting with AFL’s, working through design, and achieving town planning approval, supporting the PM’s through tender and delivery.
The candidate:
- Experience working in any non resi development – industrial, mixed use, retail, social infrastructure and childcare
- Comfortable working across numerous projects at varying stages of the project life cycle
- Exposure to AFL’s, working with tenants through the development cycle.
- Have solid front end experience ideally with a degree in vals or property economics
- Be suited to the pace and collaboration of a private working environment
- Have a positive mindset
- Our client will consider an ADM with the confidence to take on a DM, but will equally look at an experienced DM looking to transition to a private or work- for a company with a fantastic pipeline.
The office is based in South Yarra, there is flex but generally most people come into the office 4/5 days a week due to the collaborative nature of the business and the ability to achieve outcomes collectively.
