We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Digital Designer with expertise in banner creation and animation to join our dynamic team. What you will do: (Role & responsibilities):

• Create visually appealing and animated website banners that align with our brand's identity and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements, ensuring that website banners and multimedia content align with marketing strategies.
• Understand and incorporate marketing insights into your designs to maximise the effectiveness of our digital assets in achieving marketing goals.
• Produce high-quality visual content that effectively conveys our brand's messaging and story through banners.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects meet business objectives and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, multimedia technologies, and software tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Embrace a culture of innovation and creative freedom, encouraging experimentation and learning from experiences, even if it means failing early and adapting.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in both graphic and motion design, with a solid portfolio showcasing your work, including website banner designs and animations.
• Proficiency in multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs.
• Self-motivated and passionate about staying updated on industry trends.
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Agency background is highly desirable.
• 2+ years experience is preferred
