We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team part-time, working from our beautiful rural studio in Darraweit Guim, Victoria, 1 hour from Melbourne with a super team of like-minded people.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain client relationships as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
- Understand the client’s needs and expectations.
- Ensure clients' needs are met and exceeded.
Account Management
- Coordinate multiple client accounts, which all have different requirements across Graphic Design, Digital Marketing and Website Design.
- Create and execute marketing strategies and plans for clients.
- Monitor and report on Digital Marketing performance.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables are produced to a high standard.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the horse industry, either as a horse owner or rider.
- Extremely organised with high time management skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, account management, or a similar role.
