Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator / Designer to enhance our brand's digital presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Digital Marketing campaigns: strategy, content creation, targeting, delivery, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Oversee marketing collateral development, liaise with suppliers, and ensure brand consistency.
• Drive growth in digital media, marketing, and online presence.
• Assist in e-commerce media development.
• Write and edit content for various digital platforms.
• Undertake website/Graphic Design tasks, including creating content for social platforms and websites.
• Develop multimedia content, including video capture, creation, and editing.
• Work with CMS, CRM, and E-commerce tools.
• Conduct website audits, propose improvements, and optimize content.
• Analyze data using tools like Google Data Studio and Google Analytics.
• Manage and optimize AdWords and Meta campaigns.
• Apply SEO principles to enhance organic search rankings.
• Stay updated with industry trends for content ideation.

Skills Required:

• Graphic Design (Cert III or Degree)
• Digital Marketing Strategy
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator/ XD
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Python

Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach.
• Proactive, self-starter with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain new information.
• Must be an Australian resident based in Sydney.
