Digital Marketing Executive: L’Abode Accommodation:

This role is open to an experienced marketing manager or a marketing graduate, the expected salary and remuneration package will reflect this upon successful application

Role purpose

We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Executive to join the team. The Marketing Executive will manage all brand communications, collateral, advertising, and promotional activities both online and offline for one of the leading agents for luxury villas and home rentals in Australia.

This role will be diverse and dynamic, and most importantly, great fun in beautiful locations. You will be looking after our Social Media and Digital Marketing.

You will be required to shoot and edit content from ideation through to delivery; therefore, content creation experience is preferred. You will be responsible for copywriting, online community management, and content scheduling as a part of this role. In line with regular monitoring and analysis of engagement and performance reporting.

This role would suit a highly organized and proactive individual with a can-do attitude who is looking to experiment with and evolve the social and marketing content for a luxury property brand.

Role Responsibilities:

Social Media: 

  • Tell the story – develop and execute a calendar of memorable content that tells the story of staying in a L’Abode property. This includes copy, images, creative assets, videos/reels across various social media channels – including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest & YouTube.
  • Write engaging and descriptive copy for our online listings.
  • Content creation process for our campaigns, blog, marketing emails, social media, website, emailings, and other support across global markets.
  • Nurture each social channel to speak to the platform-specific audience.
  • Speak to new audiences, drive engagement, and grow a following while maintaining and directing web traffic and sales.
  • Balance being planned and organized in the content calendar with being able to be reactive to content that hits relevance for the moment (remembering that timing is everything in social).
  • Property visits to create content and shadow the Sydney team to create reels, videos, and posts.
  • Plan and implement social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate content, including graphics and posts, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Be able to create paid adds targeting our correct target audience in facebook and instagram paid sponsored posts.

Google AdWords Campaign Management:

  • Manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. Either assist our Google AdWords Team or Create Your Own!
  • Work with our current offshore team in Monitoring, analyze, and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.

Blogs Management:

  • Develop, design & oversee the creation of blog posts that align with the brand's tone and messaging.
  • Design and Optimize blog content for SEO and audience engagement.

SEO Oversight:

  • Keep tabs on and have a basic understanding of SEO strategy and execution.
  • Review and approve keywords, meta tags, and other SEO elements for online content.
  • Stay informed about search engine algorithms and industry best practices.

Digital and Graphic Design Oversight:

  • Graphic design for L'Abode Accommodation marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all online platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of visually appealing online advertising documents.

Marketing Material Upgrade:

  • Revise and upgrade L'Abode Accommodation pamphlets and marketing materials as and when required.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and informative collateral.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the team responsible for managing the L'Abode Accommodation website.
  • Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Project manage any website upgrades or enhancements.

Email Signature Management:

  • Ensure all email signatures are current, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Implement updates and changes as needed across the organization.

Email Engagement via Klyvio (CRM Database):

  • Utilize Klyvio CRM to engage with the email database effectively.
  • Develop targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Marketing experience in: Content scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite/ Loomly)
  • Have a flair / experience in Digital Design 
  • Knowlege in driving website traffic with Google /facebook and instagram AdWords/ Paid Adds
  • Social content creation
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Marketing experience, degree, or currently studying is preferred but not essential.
  • Working knowledge & understanding of social media & Digital Marketing channels are an asset.
