About the ROLE

• Collaborate with the broader social media and creative content team to develop social media marketing strategies relating to athlete influencers to drive brand awareness, campaign roll-outs and sales

• Develop and execute experiential and event appearance marketing agenda for Brand Partnerships team

• Liaise with athletes on content requirements across all channels and ensure that content is being created to the required timeline and is in the correct format

• Communicate with athletes daily providing feedback on performance and areas for improvement

• You are able to nurture and develop the athlete/influencers or partnerships and act as the key point of contact across all social media marketing projects

• You are able to identify new partnership opportunities and continue to recruit, develop and grow the team

• Onboarding of athletes, delivering EHPlabs product and marketing training and social media best practice sessions

• Administrative tasks which will include ordering supplements and merchandise for athletes

• Manage content shoots ensuring that the athletes/influencers are available in position and that content creators/studios and locations are all available and confirmed

• Work closely with the marketing and the creative team to bring campaigns to life

• Renewal and negotiation of partnership contracts

• Ensuring all KPIs and contractual obligations are being met

• Reporting on athlete performance and providing advice and future growth opportunities
