In this role, you'll spearhead marketing initiatives, leveraging your agency experience and proficiency with paid performance and social media to deliver exceptional results. Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in creating and optimising marketing channels, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent communication skills, to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns with measurable ROI across various industries.
- Proficiency in WordPress and campaign analysis, with a knack for crafting insightful marketing reports.
- Ability to maintain creative and brand integrity while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Minimum of 3 years' agency experience or in a similar role.
Bonus Points for experience with:
- Project management software like ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.
- Shopify.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns, always with a focus on generating ROI. You’ll also collaborate with strategists, producers, and other specialists to develop your skills.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Utilising management tools to create, maintain, and optimise Digital Marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Analysing campaign data to enhance performance continuously.
- Providing regular campaign reports to clients, as well as SBM management.
- Collaborating with SBM’s Design, Content, and Development teams to create impactful creative work.
- Using campaign management tools like ClickUp, Harvest, and Forecast.
