Job tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced store manager to lead our business in our Bondi Junction Dior Beauty Boutique!
Our ideal candidate is a career retailer with an extensive background in premium/luxury retail management. With strong KPIs, a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets, and demonstrated success in leading a team, you are looking for your next step and ready to join the leading luxury Parfums Christian Dior brand.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- ensuring the achievement of counter sales targets in line with business objectives and KPIs
- setting and driving individual and team objectives
- ensuring the delivery of the highest level of service to our customers with a client-centric mindset
- leading the team on clienteling and CRM activities
- managing, motivating, and developing team members
- maintaining operational excellence on counter (including planning shifts, sales analysis and reporting, stock management and ordering, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and utilising digital tools to maximise business and team performance)
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least three years of experience as a business, counter, or Boutique Manager responsible for managing teams of 3+, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Superior selling skills and a proven ability to achieve their individual sales targets through legendary customer service
- Experience of handling and executing well planned and successful prestigious brand events
- A proven ability to manage, motivate, coach and develop a team
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- Proactive and results/business-oriented
- Strong numerical, organisational and PC skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- An ability to build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication
- A strong desire to succeed and a passion for beauty!
