The Role
We are seeking a full-time employee to work as a Director, Asset Management to play a leading role in their sophisticated team. We are seeking a credit professional to be responsible for assisting in the ongoing management of the company’s investment portfolio following settlement.
The opportunity will see the successful candidate working with a variety of internal stakeholders including the Originators, Transaction Managers and Execution team.
The Candidate
The Successful Candidate Will Be Able To Prove/demonstrate
- At least 10 years experience within investment finance or a relatable field (this experience could be from a bank, credit advisory firm or a competing investment fund)
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Development Finance within Australia
- Passion to grow within the Real Estate Asset Management sector
- Excellent stakeholder management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications within finance (or a relevant field).
