We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas. Salary MAS3 - $125,970 per annum plus Superannuation, Salary Packaging Benefits and Leave Loading We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in high-level negotiations in an IR/ER environment, involving the implementation of major enterprise bargaining agreements, dispute resolution, workplace consultation, and in representing the Portfolio before employer and/or employee groups. Demonstrated commitment to the education, development and wellbeing of staff. Highly developed interpersonal skills together with proven abilities in liaising, consulting and negotiating complex and sensitive issues. Knowledge of health policy and current issues facing the Health Industry, especially as it relates to the workforce.
