Director of Sales
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay at Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships with key stakeholders and guests.
The Director of Sales is responsible for:
Sales Performance
- Executing sales strategies for the resort across all market segments;
- Act as primary point of contact for Hotels including the coordination and leadership of site inspections to assist conversion;
- Support the loyalty culture throughout the region including recruitment, activation and member engagement initiatives;
- Maintain a comprehensive level of property product knowledge and actively sell all attributes of the Hotel including Conference facilities and Food and Beverage features;
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Revenue to ensure room night and revenue targets are appropriately supported;
- Develop specific sales action plans by segment for all properties to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Business Development and Relationship Management
- Actively identify new opportunities for the resort and across Accor;
- Establish a high profile across the region and build strong relationships with key account stakeholders;
- Liaise with regional tourism bodies to maintain the profile of Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort
Reporting & Communication
- Lead by example through communication that is positive, realistic, and action-oriented in order to drive an appropriate response;
- Collate and prepare market and segment reports as required;
- Prepare for and attend business reviews as required.
