Immediate Start for Support Worker Roles available in Shepparton, Goulburn Valley and Seymour areas. We have casual positions available (with the scope of going permanent), within our growing, experienced and passionate team and we are ready to welcome you and support you in your new role.
The successful candidate/s will need to have flexible availability, including weekends, weekdays, evenings, public holidays and overnight shifts.

About you:
- Enthusiastic with a zest for life and helping others.
- Energetic, ready to engage in a variety of activities.
- Compassionate and patient, with an understanding of the needs of people with disabilities.
- A great communicator, capable of building strong relationships.
- Looking for a fulfilling career that offers both challenges and rewards.
- Uphold the National Disability Standards.
- Experience working in the industry, or recently qualified looking for your first rewarding role within a supportive team to guide you in your new career.
Mandatory and Preferred Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable Vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Modules (or willing to obtain)
