About the role:
- Work closely with our Business Manager and Clinical Team to manage staff and ensure Participant satisfaction.
- A genuine blend between coordination, advisory, administration (with our valued participants, family members and employees)
- Work closely with the Clinical team to implement and assist in the development of business strategies to improve communication and improving employee retention and happiness.
- We are seeking an applicant who is not afraid of administration, able to "roll their sleeves up" and have a genuine positive and "can do" attitude.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure excellence in Participant service delivery.
- Assist in operations including ensuring suitable staff for participants organising training days, induction of our support workers.
- Manage and oversee participant rosters.
- Provide leadership, support and mentoring to the team of Support Workers
- Manage Participant and Support workers feedback and ensure feedback process is addressed.
- Maintain and encourage a safe work environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
Essential
- Experience in the NDIS industry with at least 2 years' experience in the field.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Must be interested in working shifts with Participants.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
