- Knowledge of current document control standards.
- Expedite the review and approval of documentation.
- Knowledge of the vendor data processes.
- Supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors and the Perth office.
- Issue and track location of all documents and drawings.
- Issue transmittal letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulation.
- Coordinate storage of project documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Document Management systems, processes, and procedures.
- Aconex experience preferred.
- Previous Document Control experience in an engineering project office.
- Highly Competent in MS Office suite and current Document Management System.
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy environment.
