Full Force Engineering is a fast-growing and progressive locally owned business, with a fully operational fabrication workshop in Paget, as well as providing maintenance services to the mining industry throughout the Bowen Basin.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Draftsperson for IMMEDIATE start in our Paget Workshop.
What we offer:

- Competitive hourly rate ($50 - $60 per hour)
- All Uniforms and relevant training provided
Essential Requirements for the position:
- Diploma in drafting or equivalent,
- Minimum 2 year's experience with Inventor & 3D/2D CAD Software
- Previous experience designing aluminium trays, trailers and toolboxes.
- Strong attention to detail
- Applicant must have current drivers licence and reliable transport
Key attributes:
- High level of pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic is highly regarded
- Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong communication skills and must be able to work within a small team
- Forklift ticket an advantage
- Laser cutting Experience highly advantageous
