We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Good knowledge of PERTH R-Codes & NCC.
• Proficient in the use of Archicad .
• 3 + years experience in a design role working within the residential building market.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work along and lias with council
• Sound building and construction knowledge
• Sound knowledge of Medium Density Codes
• Sound knowledge of R Codes & BCA
• Able to produce designs from concept to working drawings 
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• A positive can do attitude with a passion for design.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as individually.

MUST have knowledge of Perth R-codes and be a WA resident for consideration.
