Responsibilities -
- Use Revit LT software to produce precise and detailed drawings, incorporating the clients' design preferences and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and engineers to create customized and accurate construction.
- Good understanding of relevant codes and ensure compliance with the latest building regulations and codes.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and the project team.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure the seamless execution of the design plans.
What do you need?
- Proven experience as a draftsperson in the outdoor living industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations and codes.
- Proficiency in Revit LT software and other relevant drafting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and appealing drawings.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating your drafting skills and expertise in outdoor living design.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- A pro-active attitude with good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Achieve targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.
