We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Manager with a “hands on” and “can do” approach to leadership to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venues, delivering exceptional Customer Service, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
YOU WILL
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue, including gaming, food and beverage, events, and Customer Service areas.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service to members and guests.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and venue policies, including responsible service of alcohol and gaming regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage employee performance effectively and praise employees who delivery exceptional Customer Service.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the venue.
• Assist with rostering, training, and development of staff as needed.
• Collaborate with management to implement initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all staff and customers.
OUR NEEDS
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or gaming industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including RSA and RCG certifications.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
