Hello, we’re Flight Club. The award-winning birthplace of Social Darts founded in October 2015. Over 5 million people have thrown more than 500 million darts since our launch, and our goal is to lead the market in delivering incredible social experiences.
With 2 sites in Western Australia and ambitious growth plans ahead we're always striving for excellence, and to bring more memorable moments to our guests. Flight Club's home ground is in the UK where is boasts 12 sites and it has just added the USA to its collection of global venues.
We are currently looking for driven and passionate Duty Manager's to join us for the Melbourne adventure.
The Job
Supporting the General Manager and management team in leading the venue both operationally and from a people perspective, your key responsibilities will be to:
Look after our People:
- Assist the GM on ensuring business and personal objectives are implemented and reviewed on regular basis within the team.
- Evaluates employees performance and report to GM.
- Keep day-to-day activities organised and efficient.
- To deal with employees’ schedule changes, absences, replacements, to ensure smooth operation of the business
Maximise Trading:
- Ensuring all our guests have a spectacular Social Darts experience and deliver a fantastic Customer Experience
- Guiding, motivating and inspiring your team, providing leadership and support throughout each shift
- Looking for ways to improve and enhance guest experience and team performance
- Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification
Who are you?
- Passionate about delivering amazing guest experiences
- Experienced as a Duty Manager in a similar environment
- Knowledgeable in positively impacting business financial
