Our client is one of Australia’s leading retailers of optical equipment, with 52 stores nationally.
Your new role
This role focus on digital marketing activity to support their stores to deliver great retail marketing. Working across all digital commerce and social channels, this is an exciting time to join this team.
- Lead the social and email marketing for this national retail brand.
- Execution of the retail marketing calendar activity plan.
- Manage all social media content and accounts.
- Lead the delivery of all weekly EDMs, marketing automation, and our loyalty program.
- Management of our customer data and segmentation.
- Working with the team to deliver all supplier campaigns and promotions.
- Work with the Category Team to manage the product merchandising on the website.
- Work with the agency and internal team to resolve all day-to-day issues relating to the website.
- Support the retail store network with their day-to-marketing needs.
- Work with our graphic design team to develop assets for the website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the email marketing of our individual retail stores.
- Manage the customer data of the stores.
- Work with other team members to ensure all marketing-related materials and assets are delivered to a consistently high standard, and on time.
- Work with the team and agency to deliver retail promotions.
- Campaign reporting and analysis
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing experience across social and email marketing.
- Some website management experience (ideally Magento)
- Passion for digital marketing and social media is a must.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude.
