The RACP provides services to support the delivery of training, Continuing Professional Development, and health policy and advocacy to medical health professionals.

Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.

The Education Officer, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provides administrative support to the CPD Unit to support users of the RACP CPD program and the ongoing development of CPD.
Your main responsibilities:
- To coordinate all administration in relation to the RACP CPD program (in Australia and in Aotearoa New Zealand) to ensure greater transparency and awareness of processes and procedures
- To compile and maintain data relating to the RACP CPD program to ensure accurate and reliable information is available
- To comply with the agreed service level agreements (SLA’s) in place for the CPD team
- To support CPD Committees by providing high level secretariat support
- To support the Verification of CPD Activities process and enquiries
- To maintain and update CPD related information on the College website to ensure that up to date information is available
The successful candidate will have:
- A commitment to professional client service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong administrative, organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related applications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently
- Ability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative within a team environment
- Recognition of requirements for confidentiality
