About the role
TAFE NSW are seeking an Education Support Officer to work within the Electrotechnology section based at the Ultimo campus. The role is responsible for providing tutorial and administrative support to learners studying Electrotechnology as advised by a teacher.
In the role, you will work closely to supplement and support the teaching activities by providing follow-up instruction as provided by a teacher and opportunities to practice skills to enhance the educative experience and engagement.

About You
You will bring with you a passion to make a sustained and meaningful impact on industry and learners when sharing your subject knowledge expertise from industry and an appropriate vocational qualification.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Certificate III in Electronics or Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent qualification
- Possession of a NSW Fair Trading Electrical licence
- Have a minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience in the industry relevant to your qualification, gained no longer than five years previously
- Crucial to the role will be your high-level interpersonal and communication skills, including your ability to be proactive and show initiative.
- Experience in working with Moodle would be highly desirable.
