We have an exciting opportunity in the My Health Learning team for a Support Officer.
Reporting into Manager Learning Management Systems you will be part of the team responsible for supporting My Health Learning (MHL) and its user base including the testing, deployment and support of custom extensions and resolution or escalation of errors with any system integrations. This position provides support by resolving customer incidents, accurately logging resolutions or investigating and providing additional information to the next level of support. Working closely with all of our LHD/Network/Pillar/Agency L&D teams to ensure resolution of issues or determination of improvement opportunities within MHL.
What you will do
As an integral member of the My Health Learning team, you will:
- Work within the Team to support our customers
- Triage/Resolve/Escalate support queries ensuring accurate recording of investigation and resolution
- Confidently change between tasks as support challenges change

Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
