Job description
The core capability requirements for this role are:
* Develop and facilitate the delivery of education and training to QPS personnel.
* Assist in planning, writing, and coordinating the development of course material. Curriculum and student assessment strategies within the area.
* Undertake assessment of program participants.
* Liaise with other training professionals in the development of strategies to identify and address the training needs of QPS personnel.
* Contribute to the development, implementation, coordination and review of training programs required by the Queensland Police Service to enhance the skills and knowledge of QPS personnel.
* Conduct continuing research into and maintain an up to date knowledge of, subject matter and academic requirements relating to the area.
* Contribute to the planning, co-ordination, project work, curriculum development, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of training for QPS personnel.
* Proactive, positive interaction and communication with your team.

Qualification:
* Possession of a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and/or qualifications deemed equivalent will be considered favourably.
Other:
* New positions located at Education and Training Offices within each District across the State.
