Our service is looking for a dynamic, confident leader in the Early Childhood Industry to join our management team. Someone who is looking to showcase your leadership skills and knowledge of the Early Childhood Industry. Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
• A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
• First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard to ensure best practices.
• Ability to guide, mentor and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with educators, families and external agencies.
• Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality educational programs.
• Demonstrated capacity to reflect on practices, seek feedback and engage in ongoing professional learning.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues and the broader community.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

• Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in an early childhood settings.
• Ensuring all children have equitable access to learning opportunities, catering to diverse needs.
• Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
• Participation in ongoing training and professional development to remain updated with sector changes.
• Capability to use relevant software and technology for documentation, communication and planning.
