THE POSITION
Reporting to our National Field Sales Manager, the Territory Manager responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Calling on targeted retail pharmacies according to your territory plan
- Achieve sales targets by gaining distribution, conducting in store trainings to win the in-store recommendation over competitors, driving Key Account promotional activations to help drive product orders, stock weight, off location displays and consumer awareness.
- Manage and maintain prominent shelf presence for OTC brands via our 5P execution playbook.
- Generate new accounts through high sales activity and customer engagement.
- Actively cultivate and achieve revenue through existing accounts by executing ongoing support, education, demonstration, consultation and sales processes.
- Attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Attend to customer enquiries and needs as related to the assigned product portfolio.
- Travel as necessary to optimise portfolio exposure within a specific geographic territory.
THE PERSON
You may be an experienced Pharmacy Sales Representative, Account Manager or Territory Manager looking for work life balance, or a Sales Merchandiser wanting to take that next step.
You will ideally obtain:
- Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals.
- Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to impart technical knowledge.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to travel within your territory and for occasional interstate meetings.
- Exhibits good listening and comprehension skills.
- Have a can-do attitude and a passion for sales!
