El 1 Audit And Risk Officer

The Role

Are you an experienced EL 1 Audit and Risk Officer looking for a long term non-ongoing contract or S26 transfer and based in Canberra? If so, then this may be the role for you.

Duties:

• Support risk management functions including - compliance, framework development, policy, risk register, enhance risk assessment tool, build capability; and
• Facilitate the internal Audit Plan, Audit and Risk Committee actions and secretariate support for the committee
• Corporate planning and reporting
• Support for business planning
• Corporate performance measurement - lead better practice and develop documentation
• Risk management - compliance, develop framework, policy, risk register, enhance risk assessment tool, build capability
• Crisis Management - develop framework, crisis plan and holistic business continuity and recovery plans
• Facilitate Internal Audit Plan
• Comcover - administer insurance claims, training, survey
• Privacy Act, FOI and PID administration and currency of documentation
• Governance register of all controls and timeframe for renewals
