One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an Organisational Change Manager to work as part of a highly motivated team. The successful Organisational Change Manager will apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities and assess the change impacts to various stakeholder audience groups. The successful Organisational Change Manager will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 2 years.
The successful Organisational Change Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Creating and executing Communication Strategy and Plans.
- Taking a lead role in the execution of change management plans.
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Supporting change management at the Organisational level.
The successful Organisational Change Manager will have experience in the following:
- Managing stakeholders.
- Supporting and engaging with senior leaders.
- Coordinating efforts with other change management specialists.
- Identifying and reporting on any change management related issues.
