Techworks Electrical is a West Australian company who provides an extensive range of commercial electrical contracting services to all levels of Government and Private Industry. We have a reputation for providing workmanship and service of the highest standards from construction and/or maintenance across the State.
Techworks has a wide ride range of projects and service contracts locked in over next 5 years. On the back of this success we are looking to appoint a proven Service Manager to help manage the day to day delivery of contracted service work and private service client jobbing, supported by a Service Co - Ordinator and Commercial Manager.

Key Criteria:
• Coordinate Routine & Reactive maintenance and quoted works from Job Implementation, Site Establishment, Administration & Site Communication, Job Cost reporting with assistance of the Service Team Leader and Service Administrator
• Work in conjunction with the Management team where client overlap occurs to ensure continuity of excellent service delivery.
• Manage team of up to 10 field technicians assisting with technical support and resources to meet their scheduled obligations.
• Quoting and estimating works for the Service Department, including preparation of tenders
• Efficient and cost-effective procurement of material and scheduling of staff for all works.
• Take on complex electrical requests working closely manage sub-contractors in a timely manner.
• Produce financials to accurately manage the department budgets and targets from commencement to completion.
• Document Control – HSEQ, SWMS, Reporting and Test sheets in conjunction with the Service Coordinator.
• Working within company and clients works management systems.
• Maintaining contract information for organizational purposes in accordance with organizational policy and procedures.
• Monitor stock control in relation to specific contracts
• Oversee the quality and implementation of company procedures
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Electrical management role.
• Valid C-Class WA drivers’ license (Essential)
• Current WA Electrical License (Essential)
• SimPRO Works Management Experience (Preferred)
• Experience working with government or commercial clients (Preferred)
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practice
