Role: Electronics and RF Manager Location: Sydney,NSW Salary: $160,000 - 190,000 + Super + Bonus STI (Depending on experience) Hybrid working available Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and leading dynamic teams to success? We are seeking a talented Electronics and RF Manager to join our team and drive forward our next wave of groundbreaking products. If you have a proven track record in RF electronics engineering, systems engineering, and team leadership, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: RF Electronics Engineering Management: Utilize your expertise to design prototypes, develop circuit and PCB designs, and spearhead RTOS firmware and DSP algorithm development. Systems Engineering: Collaborate closely with product managers and customers to capture requirements, conduct technological landscape analysis, and liaise with industry standards bodies. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping our product roadmap and innovation strategy. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, establishing effective project management, requirements management, and verification/validation processes. You'll be instrumental in driving team excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Product Development: Drive the development of cutting-edge products, including a new software-defined radio platform for our product portfolio. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, market-leading solutions. Requirements: Proven working knowledge in RF electronics engineering, including circuit/PCB design, firmware development, and DSP algorithm design. Strong systems engineering skills, with a track record of capturing requirements, conducting technological analysis, and driving product innovation. Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, project oversight, and process implementation. Expertise in product development lifecycle management, requirements management, and verification/validation.
