The End User Computing Service Administrator is a vital role responsible for the efficient support and management of various Microsoft 365 technologies, including but not limited to Intune, Auto Pilot, Entra (Azure AD), Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Office 365. Proficiency in ITIL practices and methodologies is essential to drive best practices and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee support and manage via the Microsoft 365 Admin portal: including Intune, Auto Pilot, Entra Azure AD, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Office 365 services, Mobile Device Management (IOS and Android)
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to end-User Computing services. Managing Incidents & Service Requests via Jira Service Management, and asset lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Knowledge Base for configuration, troubleshooting, and operational procedures related to Microsoft 365 services.
- When required, assist with, or facilitate End User education or training sessions for M365 services and security awareness.
- Minimum requirement of Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals (MS-900) with Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator (MD -102) as desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 suite, including Intune, Auto Pilot, and Entra (Azure AD). Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM support experience would be advantage.
- Proficiency in ITIL practices
- Good understanding of Azure cloud computing technologies and services, particularly in the context of management via the Microsoft 365 Admin and Azure portals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
