We are seeking a mature Account Manager who can demonstrate a track record of reaching retention & growth quotas over a 2 year period in SaaS. In exchange, you get to represent the market leading product and be compensated appropriately.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to increase market share by nuturing, maintaining and growing our existing customer across ANZ . This role will report directly to the Head of Sales & Customer Success.

So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as part of the Sales Teammeans your daily responsibilities may include:
- Overall responsibility for customer retention, customer development, and opportunity planning.
- Identify and create upsell opportunities with your book of business.
- Manage your customers subscription renewal, develop a pipeline of upsells, account planning, customer onboarding and training.
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of SaaS Account Management experience as a must
- Has prior experience managing a book of business in ANZ is a must
- Has sold into Digital Marketing Team, Strategy Departments & Business Analysts
- Has a track record of building pipeline through customer engagement
- Has proven success running onboarding and training of a SaaS product in large, complex organisations. They should be comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior management
- Wants to sell and be paid well to do it
- Fluent English
- Brings a no nonsense, no drama attitude to the table
- Completely comfortable working remotely or from an office whenever needed
- Highly preferred - previous experience using Salesforce

- A deep understanding of current digital ad technologies and online marketing including display advertising, SEO, SEM, Affiliates and Email Marketing.
