Focus People Market Research recruitment assists Advertising Agencies, Marketing Departments, Government Departments and Market Research companies with their research projects. We recruit respondents for research projects all around Australia (Metro, Regional and Rural areas), we assist clients to book suitable venues for their research project and assist with ensuring their project runs smoothly and efficiently.

In the Project Co-Ordinator role you will be required to take on the following tasks:

Daily tasks

· Client liaison: Pro-active and solution focused approach to management and delivery of all jobs.

· Quoting jobs

· Setting up projects via systems set in place.

· Briefing our recruitment team on projects

· Updating clients with progress of their projects

· Advising recruiters and clients on the best way to approach their project

· Assist clients with writing screeners for their projects

· Brainstorming with Recruitment team as to where to find suitable respondents for your projects.

· Sales: to grow sales by identifying opportunities within existing client base

· Invoicing projects

· Briefing our Social Media department on ads to place for your projects

Personality/Skills Required

· Client service focused

· Client relationship management: to work with clients to build and maintain strong relationships with all clients.

· Highly organised

· Strong planning skills

· Good client relationship skills

· Team player

· Attention to detail

· Ability to stay calm under pressure and able to work at a high pace

· Ability to provide solutions to problems

Ideally you will love working in a fast paced environment, be able to think quick on your feet, work well within a team, enjoy client communications, a great eye for detail and an interest in Market Research.
