Village Operations staff
We are currently recruiting of a range of Village Operations Chefs and Attendances to join the MinRes Family.

Chef
We are wanting passionate chefs who have an art and love for cooking, able to work as part of a team and independently to carter for our Village.
Utility
We are looking for All rounder Utilities to work across all aspects of our villages; kitchen, house-keeping, bar and retail, mine site cleaning. If you have experience in all or some of these departments then we want you. Must be able and willing to work as part of a team and independently where needed.
The role is with our MinRes subsidiary, Process Minerals International (PMI). PMI is responsible for the management of our Villages and Aerodromes.
Successful applicants will be placed across various MinRes owned and operated sites, with the possibility of site rotations to diversify your experience and accelerate your professional growth.
What we’re after
- Previous experience in food preparation for 40 – 600 people
- Previous mine site experience is desirable
- Provide a consistent high level service
- Experience with menu planning, budgeting and food costs
- Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service.
- Able to work on a 2/1 Roster- Rotating day shift and night shift
