The Role
This position is a critical position that will help to get this project back on track.
- You will be tasked with undertaking stakeholder consultations, and facilitating meetings and workshops to gather required business information for requirements definition and modelling of business operations.
- Working with the business to identify opportunities, process/system enhancements and suggest creative solutions.
- Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and the project team.
- Document business requirements, business processes (as-is and to-be), business rules, data models, interface specifications, report design and data flows as necessary.
- Create and maintain model user guides, documentation of procedural and system changes, and conduct training sessions.
- Champion all test phases to ensure alignment to business requirements and outcomes.
- Contribute and lead initiatives in change, testing, data migration, system integration and training as needed.
- Support the transition and handover of project outputs to BAU.
Your Profile
- To be the successful candidate you will be immediately available and have experience in the following areas:
- Experience working on ERP, TMS, or WMS projects.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering BA services to a range of IT and business projects.
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, warehouse, or transport is desirable.
- High degree of business acumen, understanding business processes and outcomes.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and shows a strong ability to prioritise tasks.
- Accountable for maintaining relevant system data to required standards, including data validity and master data.
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure, networks and systems.
- Experience in process and systems mapping tools.
- Experience in business intelligence tools is desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing BA artefacts.
- Ability to work onsite with potential occasional travel to other facilities.
