The Opportunity
WesCEF are going through a digital transformation and this is a fantastic time for you bring your Project Management skills!
We have a newly created position within WesCEF’s ERP Programme as an ERP Project Manager to join us on an 18 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the ERP Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery and monitor performance of the ERP program teams, ensuring the program office has full visibility of the cost, schedule and quality of work produced.
As the ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for enabling and utilising the program management framework, implementing management processes and educating team members. Another critical aspect of this role is to prepare project plans, track delivery, manage risks and issues, reports progress, briefs stakeholders and maintains project documentation
About You
The successful incumbent will possess the following:
- Extensive experience working in a program/project management capacity to deliver IT solutions.
- Qualification in a program/project management methodology such as Prince2, PMBOK, AgilePM.
- Expertise planning and implementing business systems and processes.
- Expertise engaging vendors, directing teams and managing relationships.
- Good knowledge of project management tools (MS Project) used to maintain project plans, track actuals vs budget.
- Good knowledge of work management tools (Azure DevOps) used to capture work items such as allocate resource and manage sprints.
- Good knowledge of productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) used to capture data, analyse information and present results.
