- Combine or develop experiences pricing/tendering bespoke luxury homes ($3M-$10M) and commercial projects (to $5M)
- Dive into exciting projects including luxury apartments, super lux homes, hotels, and industrial commercial projects
The Role
You'll join a tight-knit team of construction professionals guided by experienced Directors, to apply your skills or to further enhance the art of accurate pricing and winning medium to large commercial building projects. Get ready to work on a diverse range of projects, including:
- High-end luxury houses ranging from $3 million to $10 million
- Multi-level commercial and hospitality projects (bars, cafes, restaurants) $500K to $5 million

Are you suitable?
We're looking to connect with candidates in the commercial construction sector who have a solid grasp of the following technical aspects:
- Currently residing in SE Queensland and have a knowledge of the local trade base
- Must have experience pricing high-end lux homes and some commercial experience (ideally in hospitality and low-rise commercial buildings)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an estimating role
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
- Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrate a willingness to listen, learn, and enhance their skills—a dedicated individual ready to put in the hard work necessary to excel.
