Description: M&T Resources are looking for a proficient ETL Developer with specialized skills in Data Vault modeling to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities: Develop and manage Data Vault 2.0 compliant frameworks to ensure adaptability and versatility in addressing evolving business needs. Devise, construct, and optimize ETL procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders. Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of ETL processes. Uphold meticulous documentation of ETL processes, data models, and associated components.
Experience and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as an ETL Developer with a pronounced focus on Data Vault modeling. Profound understanding of Data Vault methodology and best practices. Strong SQL aptitude and the ability to optimize queries for performance. Experience handling diverse data sources, encompassing structured and unstructured data. Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication and collaborative capabilities. Experience in the energy or utilities sector would be beneficial, but not essential in this role.

Education/ Certification: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
