Event and Customer Service Administrator

About the advertised position:

We are looking for people with a Customer Service background, a great attitude, and a desire to work within our Administration team.  

We are looking for someone who wants full time employment, who can work weekends and who are keen to be a part of our Company.

Who you are:

You have an impeccable phone manner and care about Customer Service excellence. You bring strong Customer Service skills and have a background in supporting administrative work and working in a hospitality setting.

You have a current RSA and you enjoy a varied role that includes working on the phones, planning and coordinating weddings and events.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for being the first point of contact for our customer interactions through phone and email channels
• Provide accurate advice to customers on our products and services and create bookings in relevant systems
• Conduct site inspections with prospective wedding couples
• Liaise with clients in preparing for their wedding or event, prepare run sheets and coordinate all information to relevant departments
• Perform routine administrative tasks (e.g. printing and preparing bulk printing, filing invoices, etc.)
• Be able to support other parts of the business when required
