You will need to have:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role (preferably in an agency environment)
- Experience with event management software EventsAir
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Be proactive and take initiative
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of event marketing communications
- The ability to work successfully independently as well as with a team
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Events and marketing execution - delivering multiple end to end integrated projects and events, from concept to project evaluation
- Client management and liaison - Maintaining trusted partner relationships with clients to ensure a solutions focused approach that achieves annual revenue targets
- Completing and following all company processes and procedures
