The Role:The Event Producer will be passionate about working with clients to design and deliver events and experiential campaigns. The Event Producer will be extremely organised, will have a keen eye for detail, can self-manage projects, and communicate well at all levels.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Corporate event design, management and delivery
- Client account and budget management including sales development and growth
- Venue and supplier sourcing, negotiation and management
- Preparation of relevant supplier invoices for the weekly payment run with the Finance Manager
- Collation and preparation of documents, reports and pitch presentation materials
- Pre-production and production schedule management
- Onsite event and crew management
- Support and assistance for Event Producers
- Support and training for Event Coordinators
- Collation and preparation of content for digital and social media channels
- General shared office administration and management
- Be highly motivated and results driven with exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results driven
- Be proactive and able to make decisions
- Sound budget management experience
- Sound judgement and decision making
- Ability to travel interstate & (potentially) internationally for events when required
- Ability to work from office 5 days a week
