About this awesome role!...

We are looking for a super creative mid-level Digital Media Producer. The Digital Media producer is a hands-on role involved in the creative development and end to end production of various content types for our customers events.

Hybrid Workplace?...

Our staff work collaboratively from home 2 days a week. For when we need to be social, creative and collaborative, our office is in North Sydney, it's always a good laugh.

The Nuts and Bolts!...

Experience level

5 -years of experience within the industry

We create this type of content:

• Pre and post event communications
• Training videos
• On site event capture and highlights
• Event opening /closing videos
• Conference session content and recording
• Incentive destination “reveal” videos
• Custom graphic content to suit stage designs – eg odd-shaped LED screens
• Presentation graphics – eg powerpoint, apple keynote
• Social media clips

Event types include:

• Conferences
• Incentive trips
• Product launches
• Networking events
• Gala Dinners
• Activations
• Virtual events

Job tasks include:

Pre-production / admin

• Attend client briefings and/or creative ideation sessions regarding specific projects
• Conceptualise and storyboard creative Digital Media content for proposals
• Preparation of Digital Media project budgets (working with other production team members such as senior producers)
• Liaise with and coordinate third party resources/vendors as required
• Liaise with client contacts and/or other Veritas colleagues regarding relevant production logistics
• Scout locations as required
• Create narrative driven scripts
•  schedules and relevant documentation for shoots and onsite production

Production

• Attend locations (domestically and internationally as required)
• Shoot high quality video footage as required
• Produce organic content with on-camera talent
• Prep equipment for onsite shoots
• Capture additional stills photos for use in highlights packages
• Live direction of virtual event content

Post-production

• Edit various forms of content including stock imagery, client footage and live recorded footage into a final deliverable product
• Create and/or brief in any motion graphic/animation requirements
• Data management and archiving of content files
• Manage deliverables to agreed timelines and track variances and client change requests to budget

Technical skills

• Proficiency in cinematic video production and camera operation
• Advanced skills in use of the Adobe Suite incl premier pro, after effects and photoshop and Indesign
• Good understanding of photography basics
• Medium level skills in MS office incl Powerpoint, Excel, Word

Other skills

• Creative with a contemporary flair for design
• The ability to translate client brand
• Ability to work independently on site and throughout the post-production stage
• Demonstrated high level of customer service experience with corporate clients
• Ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Effective at working on concurrent projects
• Highly driven, self-motivated individual who enjoys a high-paced working environment
• Excellent time management and the ability to work as a team member
• Hold a passion for virtual and face to face corporate events
• Proactive, positive, can-do attitude

Other requirements

• Current drivers licence and suitable vehicle to attend local project sites with small amount of equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with conflicting deadlines
