The role:An exciting 10-month
contract role has come up at Knight Frank Australia and we are looking for a highly dedicated, organised, and efficient individual who has a knack for being two steps ahead of their manager!In this role, you will be supporting three key leaders in our NSW business who have uber busy schedules and assist them with managing their administrative tasks as well as their calendars. Whilst supporting them and because NSW is where we have our national Head Office, you will also play a role in assisting with coordinating office events.This opportunity is perfect for someone looking for a role in commercial real estate and a role with variety.
Key responsibilities:- Include diary and email management.
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including in various time zones
- Coordinate KFA events including and not limited to NSW Executive Planning/Strategy Sessions
- Preparing documentation and collateral for business updates and board meetings.
- Assist with any International and National visitors to KFA offices in NSW.
- Providing support to NSW State Executive as required
- General administrative/secretarial duties.
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting a senior executive.
- Demonstrated and significant experience in a similar fast paced, deadline driven role.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook MS Navigator (CRM)
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Event management/planning of both internal and external events
- Ability to exercise good judgement, logical decision-making and escalate issues appropriately.
- Understanding of confidentiality.
