We have a full time opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) with C-suite experience to work closely with the Chief of Staff and Office of the CEO team. The role is based at The Star Sydney in Pyrmont and will provide high level efficient, confidential and comprehensive administrative support, including the preparation of documents and monthly reports, as well as maintaining and updating the corporate website.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a public company or organisation with complex regulatory requirements. You will pride yourself on always being one step ahead and confidently manage multiple demands and shifting priorities. Your strong communication skills will reflect respect and diplomacy and you will have a proactive, problem solving mindset, utilising resources at hand to achieve departmental goals.

- Understanding of administrative functions and office practices
- Comfort working across multiple systems
- High attention to detail
- Competency using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Exel) and ability to learn other software applications
- Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and discretion
- Ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines
