Executive Assistant - wiq
- Support two senior leaders within wiq, a growing business unit within the Woolworths Group

As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.
What you'll do
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced & passionate Executive Assistant to join our wiq team.
You will play a crucial role in a true business partnership providing confidential ‘right hand' support in all aspects of assistance to two of our senior executive team members within our wiq team.
- Complex diary and email management, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of relevant documentation including presentations, emails, agendas, papers and minutes for meetings, and improve document templates as required
- Assist with event coordination as required for regular events including quarterly planning or town halls, including room booking and set up
- Supporting with coordination of onboarding of new team members, including contractor onboarding
- General admin support, helping our leaders to plan ahead and clear roadblocks
What you'll bring
Having provided EA support at a senior leader level, it is a given that you will be a master at the administration foundations. We are looking for a proactive and pragmatic individual who can successfully build relationships across the Woolworths Group to get the job done.
- Exceptional organisational skills and highly proactive with the ability to discern what takes priority, what can be handled directly, and what needs to be escalated.
- Ability to plan for the predictable, yet handle the unexpected and excel at prioritising tasks effectively
- Be visible - confident in sharing your observations, thoughts and ideas, but respectful the confidentiality boundaries that will exist in this role
- Ability to own or support our key processes/initiatives as needed
- Be able to develop relationships internally within wiq and the wider Woolworths Group and network to help get the job done
