About the role
Reporting to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, you will provide exceptional administrative support to a small team of legal and risk professionals.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing papers, briefings, correspondence and presentations
- Calendar and email management
- Managing specific projects in line with strategic and operational priorities
- Arranging meetings and organising events
- Conducting research
- Coordinating projects and providing status reports
About you
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary who enjoys the variety that comes with supporting a small team.
Confident and resourceful in your approach, you have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport, form relationships and negotiate with people at all levels.
You are an analytical thinker with a commonsense approach and the ability to make sound decisions or delegate where appropriate.
Having previously supported at an executive level, you act with honesty, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
