Shopov Giourgas Lawyers is a well-established legal practice located in the Adelaide CBD legal precinct which provides high quality advice and representation to employers in relation to workers compensation, employment, insurance and liability matters. 

Position

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Executive Assistant to a Senior Partner of the practice.

Responsibilities 

• Providing professional legal support to Senior Partner and Associates.
• Preparing and filing Court documents and general correspondence.
• Communicating with clients, counsel and other stakeholders.
• Diary and electronic file management. 
• Typing and audio transcription.
• General administrative duties including but not limited to answering telephones, photocopying, printing and scanning.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in legal administration in a similar environment.
• Proficient computer skills including accurate typing skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Polished and professional presentation, polite and courteous telephone manner.
• Sound organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task.
