Key Accountabilities:

  • You will provide executive administrative support to: Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Philanthropy & Fundraising Officer, Board Operations.

  • You will provide high-level executive support which includes but not limited to extensive time, diary, and email inbox management and the coordination of meetings including drafting agendas and record of minutes, as required. 

  • Effectively manages time so that key relationships and strategic initiatives are prioritised 

  • Proactively maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and arranging catering, travel and accommodation 

  • Appointment and correspondence management and management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Prepare invoices, staff claims, purchase orders, capital expenditure applications  

  • Office management and administrative tasks as required / directed 

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role supporting management 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels 

  • Exceptional planning and organising skills  

  • Exemplary accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Strong self-starter with a proactive approach  

  • Flexible and able to prioritise tasks
