Period of Appointment
Fixed term, full time ASAP until 4 March 2025.
Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
Act as a personal assistant to the Chief Executive Officer by providing a high standard word processing and executive support service and scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel itineraries and functions.
Provide confidential high level secretarial services for the Board of the Public Trustee and its Committee Secretaries including collation, compilation and distribution of agenda, minutes and background material for meetings of the Board and its Committees.
Maintain the appointment diary and make appointments for the Chief Executive Officer and be the first point of contact between the public, Heads of Government Agencies, Ministers offices and the Chief Executive Officer.
Provide administrative support to the Public Trustee’s Executive Management Team including dealing with matters of a commercially sensitive nature.
Coordinate and provide administrative support for the Complaints Handling Procedure including tracking of activities to ensure key timeframes are complied with.
Provide administrative support as directed for tender processes and project management activities; and coordinate building maintenance matters including liaison with external contractors.
Perform other duties consistent with the assigned classification and in accordance with the skills, competence and training of the occupant.
